How to make a payment Online?

Making payments is easy with us. You have multiple choices to opt for making payments viz. net-banking, COD (cash on delivery) and via any credit/debit cards. You can also pay through third party apps like __________ & ______________.

Will I be charged with any Hidden charges?

Absolutely not. There are no hidden charged applied on your final payable amount. Once you make a payment for a particular order it is deemed full and final. 

Explain Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is a convenient payment option provided to all customers of If you by any means are either unable or don’t feel comfortable in paying before receiving the order/ prepaid you can choose COD as the mode of payment while making your purchase online and pay in cash at the time of delivery of your product.

INR 4,999/- is the maximum amount acceptable in COD mode. Payment will only be accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee). 

Please note that we do not accept any old demonetised Indian currency.

Charges for COD Payment may apply to orders based on our pricing policy. They shall be displayed at the time of check out. COD Charges will apear as Shipping & Handling charge in your invoice.

Are All Credit/Debit Cards accepted?

Yes. We accept credit/debit cards from all nationalised & private banks (only in India). Once you start checking out to pay via credit/debit card you will be redirected to bank’s secure payment page where you will have to provide your secure password (provided by your bank) to complete the payment procedure.

Is Internet Banking an Option to pay on your website?

Yes. You can easily use internet banking to safely transfer the order amount via bank account to ours. No risks are involved. We make sure to make it a very secure method of payment.

How can I return or replace an order?

We have outlined the procedure for returning a product below. All returns and refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.


Please retain the invoice of the item (comes with the package at the time of delivery). You will need to return the invoice along with the product at the time of return pick up. The pick up personnel may deny pick up in the absence of invoice copy.


Returns can be requested by one of the following ways :

    3. On the Request Return page, select ‘Request New Return’
    4. You will be redirected to Return Request Page with the details of all your previous orders. Please complete the form with the order you want to select for returning along with the required information.
    5. Once we receive your request, we shall process it and raise a pick-up request. The refund will be processed within 3 weeks of receiving the return request.
    6. You can log in to your account at for updates regarding your return and refund processing.

    1. Guest Users can raise a return request by using the ‘’Return Reqeust’’ tab at the bottom of our website OR alternatively writing an email to
    2. The email should be sent from the same email id that was used while placing the order. In case of an email received from a different ID, request will not be considered valid and will not be processed.

  1. Product Delivered is different from the one ordered

  5. Once the return request is received, it will be processed by our admin department within 3 weeks



What are the rules that I have to follow to return or replace your order?

  • Understand that you can return or replace an item only if it is not damaged or different from the condition when delivered. If so happens there will be no refund or replacement. 
  • In case of incorrect size of the product or a wrong shipment is delivered our support staff must be notified within 7 days of the delivery by logging into your account at or by raising a request from the website (bottom panel) or by writing an email to us with the subject : Return Request for Order ID :
  •  If you want to return your order/package irrespective of the fact that it was delivered successfully then we shall deduct charges for COD collection (if applicable), return shipping charge, return processing charge, refund processing charge, packaging charge, cheque processing charge (if applicable). Please refer to our return policy for details of charges.

If I don’t receive my order, what then?

If in case you don’t receive your order in the said delivery time period you can reach us at . We would arrange to deliver another piece to you or else refund the full amount of your order.

What is the time frame for refund?

  • The duration of refund processing will be online within 3 weeks from the day the return is requested. This is subject to the returned item reaching our warehouse and the return request getting approved.

What is the procedure to cancel an order?

Cancelling an order is very easy. You just need to send an e-mail or contact us on , before the item has been dispatched. In case of non delivery of your order you may cancel the order. Once we receive the original product, as is from the courier service, your refund will be processed immediately.

What’s the duration to complete the cancellation request?

It will take us 1-2 business days to cancel your order in case it is not dispatched at the time the cancellation request is placed, of which you will be notified by either a call or an e-mail or both. In case of the package being dispatched already, then it would take almost 7 business days to initiate cancellation & refund process. Cancellation may attract deductions (shipping, re-turn shipping and cancellation processing) in case the package is shipped.

Till when the returns are acceptable?

  • Please note that it is difficult to initiate a return after a given timeline.
  • Please understand that we don’t accept if the products are damaged/broken, installed or used.
  • For tempered glasses, returns are not acceptable if the package is opened. We recommend that customers must get the tempered glasses applied from professionals.
  • If you wish to make an easy return then kindly hand over the package with all items delivered along with your package, as is. If anything is missing from the package then we won’t accept it.

Yes you can review products available on our website. You can include your personal experience in the review about using our products and how it benefited you. What we don’t allow?

Anything irrelevant to our product offering is not allowed. Random words, repeated phrases, reposting of same content repeatedly or reviews on unrelated products are not allowed. We will not entertain any type of payment related queries, pricing related comments, copying other’s copyrighted comments, promotional stuff, personal info or copied comments from authors, actual artists, manufacturers, publishers etc. We strictly oppose obscene language and pornography content. Why the delivery date doesn’t match the timeline mentioned?

We try our best to ensure that we maintain the delivery timeline. We ship your order as per our procedure and defined timeline i.e. within 2-3 business days of the date of your order. However, in some circumstantial cases it may take longer to process shipping of orders as we don’t ship on Sundays and major national holidays. All orders that we receive online on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday.

Delivery of your orders are effected by certain geographic locations, availability of products, courier service provider’s timeline etc.

What’s your defined Delivery Timeline?

We initiate the shipping process within 2-3 business days upon receiving your online order. We request you to understand and allow us to use 7-10 business days to send it to you. At the time of sale/ discount/offers you might face late delivery of your products as we have high volume of orders to process at a given time. We ask you to rest assured that we try our best to provide you your orders as soon as possible.

What Should I do if I don’t receive an Invoice with the delivered package?

Generally, all products are shipped with their invoice in the package. In case, unintentionally, an invoice is not received, you can always write an e-mail to us to acknowledging it in subject line along with your order reference number.

How can I track my Order?

We will send you a shipping confirmation with your order tracking ID after your order has been dispatched. That tracking ID can be used to track your order by clicking “track your order” on our website. Doing this will give you an approximate delivery time frame of your order.

There are two payment methods available with us viz. COD (cash on delivery) and prepaid services. We do not accept COD orders for all pin codes. This is where the buyers can place an order with us by using pre-paid services via credit/debit cards or internet banking. What Choice do I have if I received a damaged product?

If you receive a product(s) that look damaged, broken or aren’t upto your satisfaction, kindly contact our support staff immediately on _____________ this number.
